Hello i would like to get some help regarding updating my property and rooms description


we have made some changes and upgrades to our property and rooms and would like the description to reflect that in a more accurate way.

for example we added a kitchen to the room or want to mention the holiday home is ocean front

also since most of our guests are surfers who come to surf we would like to point out that we are right in front of the waves its one of the most important things that make our place special

we have updated facilities and amenities but cannot change the description

I found the room description option to change but it just doesn’t open

Hi Hadas,


All descriptions are computer generated based on the features etc that you enable.


Under Property , View Your Descriptions, you have some options but limited.

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
