We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Is this a genuine communication:

Dear Partner, We’re writing to you because you haven’t completed the ‘Know Your Partner’ form for the following property IDs:

&& 0 == 0 && (submitted == 'require_submit' || !submitted) && general == 'general' && 0 == 0) 4360784

We value you as a partner and we don’t want your account to be suspended, so we’re extending the deadline to complete the form(s). Your new deadline is 16-10-2019. If you don’t complete the form(s) before then, your account will be temporarily suspended and your property/properties won’t be open for bookings on Booking.com.  To complete the form(s), just click on each property ID above. It shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes. Why do I need to complete the form(s)? It’s important that you complete the form(s) so we can understand your business even better and make sure we meet all our relevant legal and regulatory requirements. What does the form involve? The form asks for relevant information about who you are and where you’re based. It also asks for details about your property and how your business operates. All information will be solely used to verify your account and won’t be used for any marketing or commercial purposes. If you have any questions about the form or the verification process, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You’ll also find more information on the Partner Help Centre.
