  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm  
  • If you don't want bookings then change dates to Closed.  Use Rates, Calendar, Bulk update.
