Help in adjusting availability

Hello, If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. Yesterday I copied my rates onto 2022 and I don't know what mistake i made , but when I checked on the site, it showed that my listing is available to book on dates that have already been booked. I am a private host and have one house only on the platform. How can I amend this. I am concerned because at any time there could be a double booking.

Always check it first in the extranet calendar - list view and monthly views to make sure all looks right.

Dont rely on the guest listing website as a checker, thats literally arseways method of doing it.

 

 

You can easily amend and fix it using the calendar to identify where the mistakes are, and then for a range use the bulk edit tool

 

its your  responsibility to manage the calendar, open/closed , inventory count  etc.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
