I am trying to change the dates of a guest reservation which was supposed to start today, but I cannot see how to do it because the update reservation dates is not highlighted.

Hi Sarah that is correct.


For now wait till tomorrow or message support.

I believe it activates after the check-in date 

Try phone but you may have to wait to get through.
