Help with extranet images please!

I'm desperately trying to list my property with booking.com, but I can't get any of my images to display on the extranet.

Support is saying that they are displaying to guests, and seem to think that's all that's needed. But of course, it's not, as I cant properly manage my images without being able to see or preview them first on the extranet.

Have you seen or heard of this problem before and can you suggest anything to fix it?

I'm using an iMac running macOS 10.15.2 and using Chrome 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have tried using other browsers and even a Windows 10 machine with various browsers but to no avail.

Any ideas are welcome as I am very frustrated and close to ditching booking.com because of it.

First step away from the computer and take a breath, yes computers can be quite vexing at times.

I have seen  similar issue before. It is usually related to hardware acceleration being enabled in the browser.  

 

I see you are on the latest new macOS OS version and chrome too.

 

 

The only thing I can think of that all computers have in common is they are connected to the same local network.  

 

By any chance is there a UTM/Firewall appliance for that network and its internet connection?

 

Some of thiese business class devices have extra screening abilities such as anti malware, anti-ransomware and ad blocking features.


 

You say you cannot see them at all on any device, this is truly peculiar.

 

Do they all use a security and or antivirus software? what is it named?

 

 

I wouldn't ditch bdC yet, as this is not a BdC issue at all.

 

 

Try this on the computer primarily being used, open the photos page in extranet , does it load and show the images already loaded?

 

If no, press <CTRL>+<F5> to clear cache and reload.

 

let us know if that worked, do any other websites load with images , test google images website to see if the image tiles load.
