Help! Guest booked for next year

Hi, I am wondering if anyone could help me here.

One guest has booked my room for May next year, i.e. 2022, but I am not sure if the room will be available. (It's booked before I learned to make next year unavailable - I find the user interface quite unfriendly). I am guessing he made a mistake when making the booking. Anyway, I've been trying to contact the guest to confirm the reservation dates but no response at all after a week and two messages.

Can I cancel the reservation??? Any suggestions? Thank you very much!

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
