Hi Katrina,


I would simply notify the Guests, of the mistake, and also offer a one time deal if they book direct.


Else contact Partner Support, but if they are relocated, you may likely end up with a invoice.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
