We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

It sounds like you are reffering to where are the message templates.

 

Extranet > Property Menu > Messaging Preferences

or 

https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/extranet_ng/manage/messaging…

 

  1. Now click Message Templates to see all of them, or  
  2. Automatic replies to see  Action Type mapped to which template, this is where you can change settings of which Event Type triggers which Template.  
  3. Template Scheduler
    1. This is the trigger setup.
    2. You would set - Whenguest makes Booking, choose template , language.

 

For New bookings its no.1 to find the actual template.

 

 

Note you can create and store many templates under various categories, and use them later in messages such as :

 

A response to a covid19 related cancelation;

A partial refund response

A full refund response.

etc..
