How can I cancel a reservation or what do I do if I feel threatened by guest behaviour?
I have this booking for which guest has repeatedly asked for lesser payments despite the price quoted and is referencing to connect with local cops and other authorities. In this circumstance I feel threatened to accept this guest. Have raised this issue multiple times already with booking.com but there has been no resolution. Sadly, booking.com has left it to the guest to cancel and guest has not cancelled. Despite repeatedly pointing out that as a host I feel threatened by guest behavior, nothing has been done to cancel this booking.
what do I do?
