We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Maybe you should try some Promotions, special offers, join Genius Programme.... in your Extranet tab.

It is a very hard time for all of us...Cancellations are more than reservations...

Corona does not help people to travel...we just have to wait a little more...

Perhaps introduce yourself and location, and add your View My Listing URL link to your profile so we an view  it and make suggestions.


THe more we know the easier it may be to id ideas and share info.


This would also indicate where you are so perhaps those near or in same area can share their experiences.
