How to cancel a reservation

Hello !

I just want to know : HOW to cancel Guest reservation ?

I sent him 5 messages to do it because my house is not avalaible.  I must left 24 hours between 2 reservation (COVID-19).

If your house isn't available why haven't you marked property as Closed so that guests do not book?

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

It happend when i was doing the setup of my house on booking.com and  the calendar was not synch with my calendar... That's why...

I have already requested a cancelation from him but unfortunately, he does not answer.



Unfortunately lots of guests don't respond to messages.  Do you have the phone number so you can ring them?
