how to change a room price

Hi All

It seems so long ago since we've had call to adjust anything in However, now we

see a light at the end of the tunnel I thought I take a look at where we are.

I'm trying to change individual room prices but all I can see is rate plans.

Can anyone help





Rate plans are only the core pricing structure.


New rate plan types include Weekly and monthly, you might consider setting up.


As for adhoc pricing changes :


  • By Day of the Week,
  • Weekends
  • Event dates etc


You simply open the Calendar in List view , and for each Room Type, expand the rate plan and promo lines, to manually click and set those ad-hoc price changes.


You can also use the bulk edit tool, example, set all Thursdays and Fridays for a date range as premium nights to be higher.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
