How customer book

Hi, I am currently hosting 2 types of room. An issue is that one of the rooms does not show on the website when customers want to book for same day booking, it only appears only one type of room. However, when customers have booked by advance booking (2-3days before arrival) there was no issue. It would be very grateful to have any suggestions.

Go into Rates, Calendar - use List view.  Open on left hand side.  You will see the Minim advance reservation line.  It is probably set to 1D which means 1 day in advance and no same day rather than, say, 5H which is same day and hours.  You can use Bulk edit to amend.
