How to delete breakfast service in booking

Dear Partner ,

Due to Coronavirus our establishment would like to take off breakfast including in our advertisement.

So it is potentially in two places related to meals.

  1. Rate Plans - is meals included enabled , check that per rate plan.  
  2. It will be mainly under Facilities & services, a section for meals, where you can enable each type of meal etc, there you can disable it or all meals. You will find it under Extranet>Property> Facilities & Services

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
