How to delete my account and how to get payment on Booking.com

I have registered my property at Booking.com. However, I want to delete it because it is difficult for me to use it, but I can't delete it even if I try it for a few days. I uploaded a room and two lists were registered. If it's not deleted, I'd like to delete the account at all, what should I do? And I couldn't enter all the information, but the customer paid. How do I get paid? I am not able to use this Booking.com due to my lack of ability, so please help me delete it.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
