The additional categories don't impact your property's review score. We collect this info to help you better understand guests’ needs and help potential guests pick your property. At the analytics tab, the ‘Guest review scores’ tool analyses your review scores over time and compares your performance against properties in your competitive set. This tool is only analyzing the main 6 categories and not the additional ones.
I found this buried under Partner Help > Your Reservations. So many of us likely have never seen it. This should have been pinned and featured on the community
Booking has in the review section " additional categories". But I can't find out how to analyse these.
