We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



How do I cancel my property listing with Book.com

Finding it very difficult to remove my property from the site.

Please help someone?????

If you’d like to end your partnership with booking.com, you can request contract termination by following these steps:

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘Compose new message’.

4) Select the ‘Account’ topic.

5) Select the ‘Terminate contract’ subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.

Before removing a property definitively and terminating your contract, remember that:

  • The contract termination process can't be stopped once initiated.
  • To terminate your contract with Booking.com, you must honor any remaining reservations and pay all outstanding invoices.
  • If you can't honor these reservations, you'll have to cover the guests' relocation costs.


To remove your property from Booking.com

We'd be very sorry to lose you as a partner. If you do decide to end your contract with us, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Extranet's Inbox tab.
  2. Select Booking.com messages.
  3. Click Compose new message.
  4. Select Account as the topic.
  5. Select Terminate contract as the subtopic, then answer all the questions to complete the process.


Note: This contract termination process is designed to expedite your request, which is much faster than asking our customer support department to remove your property from Booking.com.



Within 14 days of completing these steps (and once all pending reservations have been honored and outstanding invoices paid) your agreement with Booking.com BV will end. You'll receive an official Termination Notification Letter from Booking.com BV. 


If you want to end your contract with Booking.com but don't see the above on the Extranet:


  1. Contact customer support via the Inbox tab and select Account at the topic.
  2. Close availability for all future dates to prevent new reservations. To do so, go to the Calendar or the Extranet's Rates & availability tab.
