We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

How do I change dates on a reservation for late April

I want to change the dates on a reservation that arrives 25th April. There is currently no option for me to 'change the dates' in the right had corner by the reservation.

 

I assume this is because it currently falls outside the Force Majure period up to 19th April

 

iIs there a way to do this as I am concerned that if we don't do this the guest will cancel. They have agreed to change dates. Booking.com driving me mad.
