How do I go about cancelling the reservation?


I have a guest who booked to stay at my property in December but can, unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions in South Africa and the financial impact, NOT fulfill the reservation as the property is no longer available.

The guest needs to do the cancellation.  You can start it by

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm
