How do I make a day unavailable?

I have linked my and airbnb calender, I have still had to go into each day and note it as closed.  After having done that, it still says 1 unit left.  But it wont let me click on that field to indicate 0 units.  Will someone still be able to book on those days?

This is very straight forward and involves activating all the extra extended fields in the Availability Calendar, to mark them as No Arrivals


Or method 2 set status to CLOSED

Or method 3 set inventory to 0


My Digest below covers this.

  1. Request the extra fields to be enabled (No Arrivals, No Departure etc.)
  2. Then utilise them in the calendar to block Arrivals and Departures, along with Min length of stay etc.





1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then Call, phone number is revealed
