How do I make my property bookable again? 

I tried everything and connot find the problem. Can you please help

  • Bookable Again - this suggests you were either :
    • suspended due to invoicing or rule breach
    • or closed by Booking,
    • or did you Property Snooze
    • or 'End My PartnerShip ' and not need to relist

 

If you are still listed and no account issues ,nor snooze enabled, then the likely culprit is mismanagement or misconfiguration of your Calendar and its restrictions.

 

Try this digest to see if anything stands out, but you will need to review each Room Type and its promos and restrictions in Calendar List View.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
