How do I see questions from potential guests on Pulse?

Messages from booked guests and potential guests are all visible on the Booking.com website. The booked guests' messages also pop up on the Pulse app, but Pulse does not tell me when I have a message from a potential guest.

go to the extranet for that, not pulse.

 

you also get a notification there is a message waiting, which is under Inbox menu

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
