We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

HOW TO MAKE THE GUEST TO THE BLACK LIST?

Hello, I was wondering if there is possible to know how to add a guest to the blacklist in case he will book our hostel next time.

could you please tell me how to do it, and i am so appreciate from that.

In the reservation detail page is a Report Guest feature.

However as I just discovered you are limited as to when you can use it.

As Shown Below.

 

So my workaround is collect the Reservation numbers and note the names, CC and contact info.

Then use the message option to send to BdC support, give it 10 minutes, and then pick up the phone and ring BdC support. See guide below.

 

At this point the case has been opened and they have the message in front of them, to discuss , further action.
