How to make guests aware we are only open to key workers

Does anyone know how to change/add a message or notification to the booking.com website page which tells guests we are only accepting bookings for key workers at this time due to Coronavirus.

Hi

1. Add a photo with text in 5 common languages.

2. Add it to the top of the first auto message template that is sent out

3. append it to Fine Print. Property Menu> View my descriptions.
