How to open the calendar for our apartment for reservations?

Hello, we have 1 hotel and 1 apartment on booking. We have a problem with the apartment - the calendar in our system says it is open for reservations but when a customer looks in booking it seeems the apartmen is never available. Is it possible to help us correct this? Thank you!


To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.

Thank you! It is in green and Opened but only in our system. If a customer tries to reserve it seems Closed.Thank you.
