Make sure your room status is not set to 0.

You can always call your support team and ask them to check your calendar for you...

As Maria mentioned, and I elaborate,  this is very likely a misconfiguration of the Property & calendar availability settings ( restrictions etc).


This is a common issue for new partners.


I did up this a while ago, which should help with the basic and demystify some of the blur, in the BdC guides.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
