How to release a pre-authorization
I had a guest prepay a booking and so I received a virtual credit card for the payment. Somehow the card got charged with booking.com but not credited to my bank account. I communicated with customer service and was told that I have to release the pre-authorization and once that has been processed, I would be able to recharge the card. I do not see any instructions on how to release the pre-authorization. Can anyone help?
Also I am trying to call the Kenya contact number +**** via Skype but only get a heavy breathing sound of a female. Has anyone else experienced this?
