how to set my property to live


I closed my property off and now want to make it live again.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Why isnt the site easier to navigate? Its quite annoying to use!

You can open your property by opening your rooms in your calendar...maybe you should edit your availability...

If you cannot do it call your local BDC office to help you.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

As BrookAve mentioned, it is best to contact us via the Extranet. 


Alternatively, if you have snoozed your listing you will be able to unsnooze this at any time. When your property is snoozed, you’ll see a permanent banner in the extranet allowing you to unsnooze. To unsnooze your property, click on the banner and then on ‘Reopen and go to calendar’. You can then open up availability in your calendar.
