How to verify our guests before charge their credit card?

We have found some guests use stolen credit card but provide to booking under their name.

We go head to charge but the money be chased back by the credit card owner later.

ChargeBacks due to fraud, yes so , ideally the best option would be have BdC Online Payments so they get checked at time of booking.


You might need to contact BdC partner Support first to verify this method actually checks.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
