I’ve just had the guests from hell over the weekend. Extremely abusive and threatening via texts and calls and audio messages - they tripped fuse by using too many electrical appliances despite being told numerous times not to do this. Now demand refund.
After numerous aggressive, abusive texts, calls and audio messages on their first night I offered check out next day and will give full refund (even though not necessary and I was under no obligation to do that) They chose to stay the second night - I allowed as long as there would be no repeat of the previous night, do not use too many lights etc and don’t be intoxicated (I have 2 witnesses to attest to the fact they were still using all lights over the whole boat (large 2br) and that they were very intoxicated. They are now trying to extort full refund with threats to complain to Council, media and other authorities if they don’t get a full refund. help and advice please if you’ve had any similar experience. Others in the industry say to just ignore - there are serial extortionist like these people - I want to put a stop to them doing same to anyone else.
