I am host in Canada & require to cancel instant booking due to government changes in Covid requirements.

How do I do it? I've been over an hour trying to find help in online "help" and can't find anything nor any way to perform this simple task. Emails to guest have not been answered.

Summary:

  • Guests not responding to messages via extranet.
  • Want to turn off instant booking confirmations
  • Cant see Contact Us on footer of this page nor the guides posted by BrookAve  on how to ,nor the search box on top.

 


 

 


  • Reminder you cannot post actions requests or any action request on here.  
  • A guest not responding is not unusual, but ask partner support to try contact them.  
  • You cannot turn off ' instant bokings', that is not a thing. You can only block rooms, close availability by date or range or rateplan.
  • In Property menu > View My Desc :: fine Print, scroll down and enable the COVID options for bookings.  
  • Create message templates for responding to new bookings generically, for things such as requesting business travel such as from their work email address

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
