I am Nazareth Lebbi the owner of Mantis Lodge @Camping site Mikumi, I employed *** *** as Lodge Manager, due covid 19 he has been on unpaid leave since April 2020 and all the communication from Booking .com were routed through his email and he
never relayed the to Mantis Lodge Management, recently i received an invoice number *** for usd 75.86 claiming to be paid for guests actually whom did not stay at our lodge, I found it difficcult to comprehend how to pay this invoice while i didnt get any income from the said bookings, I understand that the invoice came as a result of failure to to send a NO show response to Booking.com to which as a owner I had no information of the said booking so I appeal to the Booking.com Management to waive this invoice as per above explanations
