I cannot edit the promotion for mobile rate bookings.

I have a few dates which is to be excluded.  I need to remove the dates already past and add some new dates to exclude.

so just to confirm, you claim when you open Extranet > Promotions page, and go to the right end of the line for mobile rate, to the right of the Gross revenue column there is a down pointing arrow.

 

click it or the Targeting Name 'Mobile Rate to reveal the edit button.

Now the calendar view and below it will display any up to 30 dates you may have already set as blocked.

count them to make sure its not already reached 30

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
