I cannot extend my current guests booking as it "change reservation dates and prices" remains greyed out so I cannot click to change?

Hi there

 

On the Update This Reservation:

I cannot extend my current guests booking as the "change reservation dates and prices" remains greyed out so I cannot click  to change on a new request by my current guest to stay on for another 4 days?

How do I un-grey the button to change the dates?

I also don't know who at Bookings I can talk to about this as well, it's so hard finding a direct contact number?

Frustrating.

Dear N Andela.

If you can't modify dates and the reservation, it can happened for different reasons. 

The reservation is not refundable, the guest already checked in, or maybe you have Payments by Booking.

We suggest you at this point to contact us at: +44 (0) 20 8612 8000 or request the guest to contact directly our customer service.
