I can't see Guest contact no.

Dear partner when I got booking that time I can't see guest contact number when I click guest detail information he don't show the number in my pulse app so please help me

You must enable Guest Requirements section in Property > Policies in Extranet first.




Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:



1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
