I on the Contacting guests where the phone number is not supplied does not exist, the guest does not reply to messages and emails and has not requested cancellation. The Virtual Credit card shows a zero amount. How can I cancel and let the guest know.

As this is a reservation specific question, you would be best to contact the partner support team for assistance. You can send a message via the inbox tab in the extranet, or for a quicker response call them directly. The local support phone will be listed, or if not you should be able to click 'see your contact options' then 'other' and then 'still need help? See all contact options'. This will give a support number you can call.
