i have a booking in my holiday let The Granary for zara rollins *** but cannot find it on my reservation list, is it cancelled

Open  Extranet > Reservations


If the name or number reference are not on the list for that date range then its not a Booking .com reservation.


Do you have it as a direct booking in a local notepad or computer  email from them?





Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I phoned booking. Com eventually and it is your mistake. You had some sort of glitch on the computer. I had already received the booking number and a print out so it was obviously yours. Just couldn't find it or a cancellation. But you have since put it back on my reservations. 

I may be 73 but please don't insult me by saying I had made a mistake when I had all the details.
