i have a guest i have not yet confirmed because i do not want 1 day bookings.

i tried to set my account up as 7 day minimum stay but it did not work. please help

Reminder all bookings are already auto confirmed based on how you configured Availability Calendar and restrictions. You cannot veto it. IT will cost you more if they complain or support gets involved, relocation invoice.


You should phone BdC Partner Support to review the settings, as clearly its not correctly setup.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
