i have just had a booking for 1 night ? my calender is set up as minimum 7 night stay?

Open Calendar - List View for those dates for that room type and expand restrictions and promotions to see what the fields are set for minimum length of stay etc.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
