I have a overbooking. I offer one room, however booked for a 2nd client. I have sent the 2nd client a message with the request to cancel his booking, but it is not yet done. What to do when the "client" shows up with an approved reservation ?

get a Channel manager or manually block.


yes preferred method is message 2nd guest and ask them to logon to their booking and cancel it or for them to contact customer services to guide them, if they are being lazy or thick.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
