I have received a booking for a room that does not exist. Why is it possible for a guest to adjust the availability?

I have two rooms. Each individually listed. Last night a guest booked the Africa room which was already booked. Somehow they were able to change available rooms from 1 to 2.

Check your own settings in Extranet calendar and be sure you do not have auto-top-up running.
