I have a reservation for today arrived this morning. I cannot accommodate these guests

I have tried to contact the guests but have had no response. I have always had a three day notice on my gite which seems to have changed to no notice. What can I do?

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

Select ‘ messages’.

Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Select :Account

Select  Other,

Click  See All contact options,

Click  CALL, phone number is revealed

I have always had three day notice all through the year, I have double checked but now it is saying none all of a sudden. Cannot contact the guest so nothing else I can do. Does anybody actually book on the day? With Covid-19 it is probably a little risky anyway.
