I have rooms avaiable and is showing that my property has no avaiability

Hi there! Is no teh firts time that this happen. I had 2 bookings in different dates this week, and now i have changed and added 2 more rooms (a guest canceled the room reservation) and after adding the 2 rooms still i cant have this rooms in a high season avaiable. How to proceed? Is urgent as i should be renting this in a carnival holiday in Brazil. =(

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
