I have a technical problem with adjusting the priceprofile for 2 and more nights.

I work with a channelmanager for the standard rate; but for 2,3 and 7 nights minimum I would like to take a percentage of the standard rate; The system seems to save these changes but then returns to the channelmanager again. What to do ?

You have not even mentioned the name of the CM provider

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
