I just received a double booking on your platform

I just received a booking:

But this perdiod was already booked by *** (also on booking.com)

Check-out: 2021-08-07

are you listing on 2 or more OTA?

If yes sign up for a 3rd party Channel manager

 

 

best to contact the guest who made the booking booking to :

1. get the mto cancel it on their acocunt

2. offer them alternative dates and a special direct offer (direct payment)

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
