I need to cancel all my upcoming bookings due to family illness. How do I do this?

So how I would handle this is :

  1. Open calendar menu and close rooms up to and slightly beyond that date.  
  2. Open the Property menu > General , enable Property Snooze feature up to that date also.  
    1. Next to ‘Property status’, click on ‘Snooze your listing’.  
    2. Select your reason for snoozing from the drop-down menu.  
    3. Indicate whether you want your property to remain open for bookings beyond the snooze period.  
    4. Select your snooze start date.  
    5. If you want your property to remain open for bookings beyond the snooze period, select your snooze end date. If you don’t want your property to remain open for bookings beyond the snooze period, select a reminder date so we can remind you to unsnooze.  
    6. Click ‘Next’ to confirm and save your snooze settings.  
  3. If there is any popups telling you you have bookings, you ca neither contact BdC Partner Support to assist but potentially receive relocation invoice for those bookings after they complete their stay or..  
  4. [perferrred method]  you message each one by making a message template, to notify them you need to cancel. This should include a note to say if they prepaid, the system will issue 100% full refund after they  click on the confirm link in the second , 'BdC cancellation system message' that will come shortly after your notification.  
    1. Once sent now create the message template.  
    2. open each guest reservation and select that message template and send.  
    3. then on top right pane, click Request Cancellation,  OPTION 2.  
    4. Now you wait for them to see it and click.  
    5. Once Guest clicks the link, status of reservation updates to cancelled by guest.and you should also get a notification.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
