If you follow Ismini's suggestion above, you will be able to send a message to the support team who will respond in due course.


Depending on what sort of emails you aren't receiving, you may want to look at the notifications you currently have turned on. When logged in to the extranet, in the top right corner click on Account > Notifications, and review your settings there.  


If you want to speak to support more urgently, this page has a list of local support numbers by country.
