No. Platforms like Trip Advisor & Home Away and BdC last year allow the owner to specify a changeover day in busy periods ie guests can only stay Saturday to Saturday. As ususal this platform is about what suits BdC and not the owner.
During the peak season, June, July, August and School Holidays, I only want to have a Saturday changeover day.
How can I make this clear on your website? Your Customer Service Dept threatens cancellation fees when i refuse guests wanting a Sunday changeover. Surry you should work with your Owners, they are your stock or what?
I noticed no positive help / answer re the above request - "add to your calendar button no arrival, no departure so then you can restrict days"
Why didnt you just say that from the beginning and this would have been so much simpler.
and whats this meant to be 'sort it out'. who are you even saying that to?
no one will be sorting it out for you. only you can change your calendar settings or on phone with BdC Support .
Thanks for the response I will give it a try today.
However all the other national and international agencies make it far easier to set a changeover day and let you edit the copy to ensure that potential guests know important information.
Hi Nick! and welcome to the Partner Community.
Sorry, if I may ask would the features in Calendar “No departures/no arrivals” is what you are looking for???
Take care.

Hi Max,
The availability calendar and the extended fields as restrictions is the only implementation option.
A change overday means there will only be 6 bookable days of the week, with one marked for No Arrivals.
for a quick start on availability and options check out my digest :

Wrong. Day 7 is the changeover day. Guests depart by 10.30am and changeover is completed before 1630 after which new guests can arrive. Sort it out.

Thank you for the suggestion but it doesnt work for me.
I simply want to sell all days during the High Season / School Holiday dates, but on a Saturday I want people to leave and new guests to arrive.
When I tested your idea above it stopped me from selling those days.
Every other holiday home agency lets the Owner stipulate what day of the week is changeover day, but not Booking - why?
In summary a Changeover Day is weekly after a guest stay 7 night , example : Sat-Fri, and checks out Sat Morning.
How is that any different to cleaning up after a person checks out any day of the week regardless of stay booked? Exactly its no different.
What ye were expecting was just a drop down box with days of the week select and then confirm as Set Change-Over Day.
I'm going to assume you only allow 7 night minimum bookings.
That is the overview of what you need to set.
You can use Bulk Edit per Room Type to select a date range and apply this.
Example set July 1st to 31st
Days of the week : select M T W T F, [] Sun
Restrictions: Select Weekly Rate Plan
select each Restriction and set as per above.
click save changes to confirm.
Now you can use List View on Calendar to see it.
Dont forget to expand the Rate plan to see the restrictions applied for those dates and days of the week.
Hi
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my considerable frustration.
I had NO knowledge of "all fields in calendar being enabled".
I contacted Support and they completed your suggestion immediately and your suggestion works, thank you.
Please keep safe.

You can edit Fine Print to add a note but many guests dont bother their backside, reading half of what is on the listing.
You would be bettter off having a message template for each season or edit the general new reservation template to include it in their.
Another response that I totally agree with.
