I would like to cancel both my properties on Bookings.com. Ithought

I thought I had de-activated my properties but have now just received a booking for July. My calendars seem to un-sync and I am finding it too stressful to manage Bookings and Airbnb. I would prefer to only be on the Airbnb site. Please can you help me to cancel both my Bookings listings. I am happy to honour the booking in July but don't want any further Bookings reservations. It seems almost impossible to get hold of a staff member at Bookings to help me with this.

Might I suggest you use this - syncbnb.com,  a channel manager is a must if you list on more than one OTA.

 

If you still want to 'End My PartnerShip' 

  1. CLose all availability in Calendar, bulk edit or room close tool.
  2. Go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  4. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  5. Choose Account
  6. Now choose TERMINATE
  7. Then follow the prompts
  8. takes up to 14 days from now to complete.

 


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
